When two products have similar names, the format can make a big difference to what arrives in your order. Start with the exact product name, then check whether you are buying capsules, powder sachets, tea bags or a liquid bottle.
Check the format and pack size
A bottle marked 30 capsules contains 30 individual capsules. A powder pack described as 25 sachets contains 25 portions of powder. A tea pack described as 25 tea bags is a different format again. These quantities describe the contents; they do not automatically tell you how long the pack will last.
Read the actual label
Use the product gallery to look at the packaging and ingredient panel. Check the expiry date on the pack you receive. If the photograph, written product description and instructions disagree, ask us to clarify before using the product.
Compare the exact item
For example, Active Male Fertility Booster Capsule and Sperm Booster Powder are separate products. Clear Vision Capsule and Clear Vision Herbal Tea are also separate formats. A combo package includes the items listed in its description.
